Issue with the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader 21.001.20135

We are using  latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader version 21.001.12135 for shared review commenting.

There we noticed a bug, where if someone uses the Dynamic Reviewed/Approved stamp, the bin file created as part of it gets corrupted and we cannot see the stamp

This was working fine in the previous version 20.013.XXXX.
