Issues viewing certain pdf files with adobe reader on M1 Mac

Hi i am having issues to view the pdf file below on my M1 mac. I can open the PDF on a windows machine but not on the mac i get a blank page like the one below , any help with this?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, the PDF on a windows machine but not on the mac you get a blank page.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Reader you are using on Mac device? TO check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 21.07.20096 installed. Go to help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
