Issues when moving license from one user to another

Question

We have this issue with our Adobe package (adobe pro)not working when the license is assigned. we use one license for our stuff members , once one stuff is done using the license we move it to another user. when we assign the license to another stuff meember it does not show as adobe pro , we have to reinstall adobe in order for it to change to pro.

Please assist

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Licensing.

Have you tried removing the license from one user to another using the admin console: Assign a license to a team user?

Once done, sign out from the application-> restart the system, then try again.
