Issues with previewer

Have reader downloaded, but when there is an attachment in an email, Outlook, I am told I don't have previewer, each time I try and download it tells me I have reader; how do I install this please, or what is stopping me from downloading? Many thanks

    If you are on Windows, run cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and then restart your system.

    Then re-install application from this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    Please let us know if you have accepted the User Agreement once you have installed the application.

    HI

    I have uninstalled adobe and tried to re install but the message says that the newer version is already installed but I cannot find it anywhere on any drives.
