Hello, I'm having issues with my Adobe Reader XI and Adobe Acrobat in which neither program will allow us to see the printers in the drop down menu unless set to default printer in Windows 10. If the printer is not set to default it will not show in the Adobe programs. This is not an issue in any other program installed on the computer. How can I get both printers to show as options in the Adobe programs. Thank you.

If not, then you may check the following troubleshooting steps-
Since you have mentioned the Reader version which is XI, as its free application so we recommend you to install the latest patch to update it to the most recent version or Reader DC Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
Adobe Acrobat recognizes system printers automatically whether its set to default or not. Don't set any printer to default and refer to the troubleshooting steps suggested in help article here: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader
it should bring you all the available printers for you.
