Jag försöker avsluta min plan men får bara besked på att jag ska betala 990 kr för avbruten plan. ÄR detta möjligt??

Yes. If you signed up for an annual plan then you've paid a discounted amount each month. If you cancel it prematurely it charges that discount back from you. It might also charge you a cancellation fee.
