Java script disabled message on sign in

When I try to convert a PDF to Word using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it ask me to sign in. When I attempt to sign in, I receive an error message "! Java script is disabled. Please enable java script and sign in again."

I have enabled java script on Windows 10. I have uninstalled and re-installed Acrobat reader.

When I asked a support rep, he stated that I have to post in forums and then my question would be answered. If anyone can help that would be so appreciated.

I have moved your post from the poorly named Community Help forum, which is for getting help Using this forum system, to the program specific forum, Acrobat Reader.

I have a question for you.

Why did you post a Acrobat Reader question in the Community Help forum when there is a Specific forum for that program?

Your response to my question will be apperciated.

Thank you.

I posted where I thought I was instructed to. The instrucitons I recieved were not clear.

I am seeking help, since I am not computer savoy at all. I did not know there were different forums. Thank you for moving my post to the correct one.

Sorry what instructions? In the Error message you recieved about the Java scripts?

I am just trying to figure out why so many posts end up in either the Get Started forum or the Community Help forum of this forum system when there are program specific forums for 99% of those posts.

Thank you for your reply.

Sorry I have no solution to your problem.
