Javascript on 32 bit

Question

Hi,I can’t sign tax declaration via electronic signature on my remote desktop. For some time I have had a massage about Java Script - I could click “Enable JavaScript for this document one time only” and then I was able to sign document. Right one that option is inactive. Only the second option is active Enable JavaScript for this document always” but it seems not to work (after click on it there is no action). For more details please see attachment. Javascript on remote desktop wit 32bit system, my computer have 64 bit system and there I can change javascript settings but on remote one I can't. Can you help me?

There is no attachment. Please return to the forum and add any extra info that will help people understand your problem. Be sure to include Acrobat Reader versions on both systems (not "latest" please but something like 2016.123.98765).
