JPG file has been attached are not visible, Give the message an internal error occured

Whenever in pdf, if we attached the .jpg and try to open in adobe reader. It gives the message An error occurred. If the same pdf open in the browser. It is working properly.

This is screenshot when we open through adobe reader. Please suggest what changes we need to do to open the same in adobe reader. I am using adobe reader 11.0.06
