Keep getting this error message when trying to login

Hi, been trying to login to my my account but get the following error message on both my accounts.

My work is at a standstill. Any help in resolving is appreciated.

Sorry for the trouble. As per the issue description that you are getting the above error, Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. OS Name and version?
2. Application version?

3. Kindly check if you are able to sign in on https://acrobat.adobe.com

4. Close the app from the background, like Task manager in windows and Activity monitor in Mac and try to sign in again.
