keyboard not working Reader XI

Hi

on my Reader XI  -  windows 7

keyboard not working. I mean example on the top of menu where I supposed to choose pages i can't write numbers by keyboard

or i cant write the comment or when opening up the the printing window then i'd like to print more pages i cant write the numbers.

also when i have filling up forms on pdf ... also keyboard is not working.

earlier everything was ok.

please help . I cant work. I need to copy paste from word every text what i want to write.

I've solved the problem.

it was an inconvenience with another program.

the name of this program is Actual Key Logger.

after uninstall everything is normal.

I installed older version. adobe reader X

but the same mistake.

Hi Buszter,

Please provide a little bit more information to help us understanding the issue.

Are you experiencing this with the Adobe Reader only or you are unable to use the number key at all?

Make sure that the keyborad is connected and working fine for other usage or its functioning ok as it should be not just with Reader with other apps too.

Also, the Num Lock is on when you are trying to put the numbers in.

If all the above things working fine then try closing the Adobe Reader app through the Task manager.

Reboot the computer and check again.

thanks for looking after me:)

This thing ....

is on 2 Laptops'

keyboard is working fine in every programs.

Keyboard was working with adobe reader XI .... in the last few month got crazy.

on one laptop I have Windows 7 on the other Windows 8

Not only the numerical keyboard is not working but nothing else. Even with the arrows I can't move the documents.

Only adobe reader XI got crazy ... is it possible, I've got some "bad" updates ?

Hi Buszter,

Try updating the application and see if that fix the problem.

Open Adobe Reader > Help> Check for update (install the latest update)
