Keyboard shortcuts

Hi I'm using Adobe reader 2019.012.20034.

I'm not sure when this updated but since about 2 days now i cannot use keyboard shortcuts (eg CTRL P). None of them appear to be working. Is there a way to enable this?

    Thanks - problem resolved.

    Another software loaded was in conflict with adobe.

    Hi Hoosaina,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble.

    As shared, about since 2 days you haven't been able to use keyboard shortcuts, did it impact immediately after installing the latest patch? Also, are you not able to use any keyboard shortcuts or any specific one?

    Can you please help us with the OS version? Meanwhile, Close Reader > Try rebooting the system once>Reopen and check back.

    Hi

    Thanks for responding.

    I'm not sure when the latest patch was installed.

    Using Windows 10 Pro

    I've done the following so far:

    * Uninstall and download latest file (it is the same version) and re-install – no change

    * Tried rebooting, etc – no help

    * Tried removing Adobe Air – no help – tried reinstalling this and still no improvement

    * Checked on a colleague's laptop with the same version of Windows and Adobe – seems to be working fine on her machine

    * Tried ticking the single key tab under preferences – doesn’t help.

    What I did notice now is that it may be in startup where this is happening. When I reboot my machine and immediately open adobe reader the Ctrl P works (the print dialogue actually comes up) but a few seconds later it stops. I closed the app and re-opened but still not working.
