Keystroke Navigation of Index

We have PDFs with an Index where one can use the mouse to click on page number(s) and be taken to that exact position in the document.

We need to be able to do this via the PC keyboard (Windows 10)

Have looked at the relevant keyboard navigation for Adobe Reader, but cannot seem to locate such a command.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
