Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Would you mind sharing a bit more about the issue you are experiencing? What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and Make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20085 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer locally and then try to one it with Acrobat/Reader DC application and check.

It does not depend on the version. The file is on the local computer. The problem is on every computer.The problem is with files that have large schemas.

We are sorry to hear that. What happens when you try to open such a PDF file? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Also please share the sample PDF file so that we can check it at our end.
