Hi Nick

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that and to keep you waiting.

Please try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and reboot the computer once.

Also, try to make the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC application as the default PDF handler on your system as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/not-default-pdf-owner-windows10.html and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards

Amal

The repair isn't going to be feasible on our infrastructure.

The problem has only raised it's head since the latest update to the reader, it also doesn't seem to be affecting every user.

An easier fix for us would be to uninstall and reinstall the previous version.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that. Please collect the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and share them with us via document cloud https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html

Amal
