Latest Version Won't Plot to HP Designjet 500

Question

Since the last update Reader won't plot to my HP Design Jet 500 plotter.  It's not the plotter - it works with everything else.  Any suggestions?  Can I just go back to the version that worked?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, Latest Version of Acrobat Reader Won't Plot to HP Designjet 50

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that helps.
