How do I access layers in Adobe Reader Touch v3.1? It doesn't have a menu bar & dont see a way to turn it on...pic of menu attached. (I'm in Windows 10 on a Surface) Does this version reader not have the menu options? Thanks!

Reader Touch doesn't have this function. Install and use Acrobat Reader DC.
