Lesemodus voreinstellen

Vielen Dank. debutat 22.11.2017

Hi Debutat,

As its Reader DC you are working on and as per the explanation given above, I assume that you are referring to hide the side bars that launch whenever you open any pdf document?

If this is the case then you may open the Adobe Reader DC app and check at the upper left corner there would be a "Menu bar" with the options shown below-

  • Click Edit> Preferences> Documents> Check "Restore last view settings when reopening documents">OK

  • Now close the side bar by clicking on arrow shown below-

  • Close the document and now when you will reopen it, the side bar shouldn't appear again.

Hope this is what you were looking for.

Regards,

Akanchha

Hi, Akanchha,

thx for your response. Again (corr. to all Internet answers, which I

read so far) you refer to "preferences" (I suppose this is the english

word for "Voreinstellungen" in German). But "Voreinstellungen" is not

offered in the menu on my Win 7 PC. So I cannot click on "documents", as

you describe. May be, I shoud deinstall Acrobat Reader and install it new?
