License Agreement pops up when trying to open a PDF

I have been using ADOBE Acrobat Reader DC for awhile now and this morning when I tried to open a PDF a licensing agreement screen popped up and said that I must accept before continuing.  Is this a bug or caused by a recent update?

    Check the software still seems to be Acrobat Reader and that the license agreement says you have a license with Adobe, not someone else. We've heard from people who have found Acrobat Reader mysteriously replaced by some PDF reader they never heard of.

    Possibly a recent update. Did you accept it? Does it still come up after you accepted it?
