Question

Limit in comments in Reader DC..

I am a ham radio operator and I'd like to place comments on a US PDF map with contact details (name, call, time, location, etc). Reader DC does this but only allows a limited number of comments.  Any way around this without having to spend the big bucks??  Any alternative ideas??

i ran across this 6 months ago while researching another adobe acrobat issue. i **think** the comment limit was 2500. don't quote me on it. the enterprise version does not increase the limit, iirc, only the number of shares per day you are allowed, so spending money won't get you anything

I'm not aware of a hard limit to the number of comments you can add to a file. I've seen files with thousands of comments, if not more than that. It's not the best idea in the world, but it is possible.

I've never heard of Reader having a limit on the number of comments. What happens when you reach the number?
