Limited Tools on Desktop Version of DC Pro. Tools Available Online

Trying to figure out why my desktop version of DC Pro no longer has access to the tools such as edit, organize pages etc. I still ahve access to these using the online version but I'd rather not upload all of my files. I use to have all tools available on my desktop version then one day they vanished. They are not under the "More Tools" option either. On a work computer so can't download / uninstall on my own.
