Links inside PDF Document does not work when PDF is opened in Mobile Browser

Hi Adobe Team,

Need your help.

I have a .pdf document uploaded in our website.

That .pdf document has a link inside the document.

When .pdf document is opened/viewed in desktop using browsers like Chrome/Firefox/Safari the link inside the document works.

But when opened in mobile, using mobile app browser like Chrome/Firefox/Safari the link does not work and is not clickable.

Hope you can resolve this.

Report the issue to the developers of these PDF plugins.

Hi try67,

Did not use any plugin.
Just used the native viewer of the mobile browsers.

The problem is not in my .pdf document?

Those "native viewers" are plugins.

And yes, the issue is most likely with them, not the file.
