Links to internet will not Open in Reader DC

Question

In reader DC internet links will not open. I have two other computers that the same file will open the links in reader dc. Reader version

Architecture: x86_64

Build: 17.12.20098.240878

AGM: 4.30.71

CoolType: 5.14.5

JP2K: 1.2.2.38798

Operation system is Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6

trust manager is set to allow allow PDF files to access all websites.

enhanced security has been tried both on and off with the url added to the list of trusted sites.

Deleted and reinstalled reader DC

restarted computer

Nothing has made links work.

Links work just fine using reader 11 on the same machine.

Hi Dave,Sorry for the delay in response. Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, try updating Reader to the latest patch and check if that resolves the issue. Click 'check for updates' under help menu. Also, would it be possible if you can share problematic pdf file with us?
