Links will not open in new window

Hello,

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me in plain English how to simply have weblinks open in a new tab when a PDF is viewed in a browser.

For some reason I cannot seem to find a straight answer for this simple problem, some people have started talking about coding which I find ridiculous for such a simple thing.

Surely EVERYONE must have this problem? I'm baffled that an option for this is not built into Acrobat itself without users having to seek out advanced coding advice elsewhere??

Please help!!
