Links won't open

Newest version of AcrobatReader working from home.

Have PDFs with embedded links to other docs.

The links show as links however when I click them, it takes me to the top of the page and refused to open the links.

I've even tried to open in Edge/Firefox with same issue.

Help?

Do you have the other files, installed in the same relative location to the PDF when the links were created?

May be that the links points to the top of the page.
