Listed twice with slight different email addresses in review file

I am listed twice On a Adobe PDF and therefore I received the comments in the review file twice.

The orginal File owner only sees my email address onces , but i am still recivieing two emails

is there a way to remove one of the email address ? or to stop the duplicate Emails

What is the difference? If the differences were the e-mail address, it would not pass.
