Live Customer Support Person

I just paid for a service to convert pdf to excel and can't access it. Sign in won't let me sign in and I have requested new password 5x and still haven't gotten an email. I've checked junk and spam folders. How do I get a live person at Adobe to cancel this service that I can't use?!
