LiveCycle Designer ES4 combatabity issue

The VCHCA Wage Calculator for Offer aka the PAAF (an inhouse created PDF utilized throughout HCA) no longer works properly when using the latest version of Adobe PDF. Many of our computers are probably running Adobe Acrobat DC Reader or DC Pro v2021.005.20060 and users don’t have any issues, if they upgrade to v2021.007.20091 (latest version as of 9/16/21) then they are not able to select or enter the date information on the form no matter how you type the information or select it from the pull down and they get error “Please enter 2 digit month, 2 digit day, 2 digit year (Example MM/DD/YY) (see screenshot below)

 

 

 

As of this email I don’t have a solution nor I know if any other forms are affected. For one of the managers that has Adobe Pro updated and needing to complete the form I discovered that he still had the older version of Adobe Reader thus allowing him to complete the form.
