lock document after signing check box remain checked by default

Dear Professionals, 

Please guide, how can "lock document after signing" be checked by default??   We will have only one signer and once the document will be sent to him/her for Esigning or digital signing, this check box should remain checked for always by default without any manual intervention. 

Can we set it by using some properties in acrobat pro dc??
