LOCKED, Duplicate post. Problema de instalación de Adobe Reader

Who could take care of me? I try, unsuccessfully, to install Adobe Reader in Spanish on my computer, and after having torn the installer of the most recent version and trying to install it (several times, without getting it), I get a message at the end of the failed installation: "You have installed a newer version. " Which is not true, since prior to installation uninstall Adobe Reader. I've tried many things, like restarting the computer, unraveling everything that had to do with Adobe (Adobe Flash Player, etc.), and nothing works, not knowing what to do to solve the problem and being able to install Adobe Reader, which I need for my I work to see PDF files.
