Locked: Duplicate question - Help with Check list options

I'm working on a template and trying to do the following....

Example for template:

The colors provided are ....

1. Yellow

2. Blue

3. Green

4. Red

I only want the options of Blue and Green to show up when I print.  Is there a way I can use hide the others or use a check box or some other tool to print only the ones selected.
