[LOCKED] embedded font OYMQAJ+Sabon-Bold -- cannot extract

With Reader DC, I get the error
“Cannot extract the embedded font OYMQAJ+Sabon-Bold. Some characters may not
display or print correctly.” Some characters are indeed missing on viewing or
printing the document. Fix?

You can't fix
it. Contact the authors of the file and report the issue to them

Me: In response to try67 –MVP. I have contacted the authors. They
do not have a problem with their computers. Why is there no fix for this from
Adobe?
