Locking pdf in reader after filled out

This is my first post and I am a Adobe beginner.

I have created a fillable form and made it fillable on a mobile in reader.

It has a submit by email button to send once completed but how can I make the document uneditable (can't edit the drop down etc) after it has been sent.

any help will be greatly appreciated.
