Lost data when using comment

I was using the app and made several comments before it froze and was not responding. I decided to un download the app and re download it when I redowloaded it all my highlights and comments for two PDFs where lost. Is there a way to recover this?

Sadly, there isn't much that can be done to recover the notes and highlights from the PDF if it was not auto-saved. Open the PDF from Recent section/tab in Adobe Reader if the file is available in the list and check for the notes.

You may also navigate to C:\Users\,username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC and see if the temp file is available.
