Thank you for reaching out.

 

As you have mentioned above, you have deleted the application from your iOS device. I am afraid to say that if you do not have a backup of your files, it is not possible to retrieve them.

If you have saved them on Document Cloud, then you may access those files using the Acrobat Online account (https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/).

Is there a way to back up everything to the cloud instead of doing everything individually?

Currently, there is no option to backup everything automatically to Document Cloud in the application. You mah to save the PDF manually to the cloud. However, if you are working on the file which is saved on Document Cloud it will be saved.
