Lost stick notes comments even when i have been saving

I have been making comments to my document using stick notes for some days now while saving (pressing Ctrl+S) in Adobe Reader Touch and after concluding and closing my document, i returned to it and there was nothing! Completely no comments on over 100pages except the first one. Need your assistance to help me retrieve these asap.
