MAC Adobe Acrobat added a password protection to a file when I added a government form

Very annoying bug, I cannot access my own file anymore.
MAC Adobe Acrobat added a password protection to a file when I added a government form (which was only protected from modification?). I cannot access and read my own pdf anymore.

Same problem as here, it is NOT solved.
