Make an empty field "read only" when another is filled

Hi Community
I want to make a script which greys out one of two fields, depending on the field which gets a value input.
Example: I have field A & B. If field A gets a value then Field B should become read-only/stay empty, and vice versa if field B is the one that's filled.
