Is the adope reader pro vers. suitable for ocr scan .pdf files and export to Excel?

The .pdf file contains many texts and numbers...

Is there a function with which one can read out many files at once?

There is no such thing as Acrobat Reader Pro version, so this name can cause confusion. There is Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Pro can do OCR, but whether it is suitable for Excel or for large volumes is questionable. You'd need to test it. Don't try and do more than a dozen files at a time, it's an interactive tool with low level automation.
