How do I change the scale ratio on my measurement tool?  I change it to 1" = 20' and then it doesn't measure the square footage appropriately.  Please help!

    Hello Andreas,

Please open the PDF and go to Tools>Measure. Click on the 'Measuring Tool' select the Measurement types(i.e. Distance, Perimeter, and Area.)

Then hover the cursor on PDF and right click on it. Select ' Change scale ratio and precision' from the list(pop-up). The small window to change the scale and ration appears. Change the ratio.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.

its very hard to find the change ratio tool. you only get to find it with a right click on the first measurement. once you have a second measurement the change ratio command is no longer available. I have to close all open tabs and the software and then open the document again to get the change ratio command on the right click. I need to change ratios frequently... how do I put the change ratio command on the toolbar, and why does it constantly ignore my change ratio and default back to the actual 1:1?
