Measuring tool is only showing inches

Question

Please see the photo.I used to use the measuring tool with the scale set to standard architectual ratios such as 0.24" = 1'However, now when I try to use it, it keeps showing the take offs in inches. I can of course use a calculator, but I would prefer if it worked correctly. Any suggestions on what I can do?

As mentioned above, you used to use the measuring tool with the scale set to standard architectural ratios such as 0.24" = 1'. Could you please confirm whether the changes occurred after any recent update? Or did you make any recent changes?
