Measuring tool when scale is off

Hi,

im working on a project and trying to scale the window/door units, scale on the arch drawing call for 1/4 = 1'. i do set my measuring tool to that scale as 0.25" = 12"

but when ever i measure unit it is:

shows as 15" where drawing tell this units should be 4' - 11"

is there a way to adjust the measuring tool and automatically find a scale base on the drawing?

    Please let us know the dot version of the application you are using.

    Take help of the steps mentioned here Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC to check the dot version.

    Please share the exact steps you do, so we can replicate the same at our end.

    Also, did you check if it issue occurs with other documents as well?

    Please share the details asked above, so we can find the root cause of the issue.

    Also, try to update the application to the latest patch released, if not already updated and check if that helps.
