Merging new text with acrobat reader

Hi, 

I added some text and text boxes with acrobat reader "comments" option.

I wish to save the file while merging the new text as part of the PDF file, but when I save and re-open the new rext can still be modified or deleted.
How can I make the new text merged or embeded in the original file so that it can't be modified by a reader?
