Meu acrobat reader pro nao abre o arquivo. Dá uma mensagem de erro e preciso ou reiniciar o computador ou reparar a instalação. Utilizo em 3 computadores e no 3 acontece este erro. Alguém passou por isto?

    Hi @Fernando risolia ,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing, especially since it is happening consistently across all three of your computers.

A few details would help narrow this down, since the exact wording of the error matters a lot here:

    • What does the error message actually say (or a screenshot of it, if you can share one)? "Gives an error message" covers a wide range of possible causes, and the exact text or error code points to a very different fix each time.

    • Are you using Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Pro, and what version (Menu > Help > About)?

    • Are all three computers on the same antivirus, the same IT-managed image, or installed from the same source? Since the same error is happening on all three, a shared cause like a common antivirus policy or a shared corrupted install package is more likely than three unrelated hardware issues.

While you gather that, here is what is worth trying first, since it matches the "restart or repair to fix it temporarily" pattern you described:

    1. If the error appears specifically when using Fill & Sign, e-signature, or Share for review features, this often points to the AcroCEF or RdrCEF background processes getting stuck. Adobe's guide on fixing AcroCEF and RdrCEF process errors covers ending those processes in Task Manager and checking folder permissions, which is a lighter fix than a full repair each time.

    2. For general crashes at launch or when opening a file, Adobe's Acrobat crash troubleshooting guide walks through checking for outdated software, a damaged installation, antivirus interference, and license/sign-in issues, roughly in the order most likely to fix it fastest.

    3. Since this happens the same way on three machines, it's worth checking with whoever manages IT for these computers (even if that's just you) about whether a shared antivirus setting or firewall rule is blocking the same Acrobat component on all three, since that would explain the identical behavior.

Let me know the exact error text and whether it is Reader or Pro; that is the fastest way to point you at the right specific fix instead of general troubleshooting steps.
