Microsoft SharePoint cloud location / connector not able to connect when Office365 SSO is enabled

When i add a SharePoint Online location i Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, i am getting the error "Access Denied: You might not have permission to access this " to the site.

I'm using Azure AD Connect SSO, which means the embedded browser authentication window, where i should log in with my account, opens up and authenticates me automatically without having to type anything.

Since my user i logged in with SSO, i am unable to check the "keep me signed prompt", and the result is the "Access Denied" error prompt, as described in the troulbeshooting article.

If i disable SSO, or log in from a PC without SSO, the login process works.

After disabling SSO, if i do not check "keep me signed in", i will get "Access Denied" as expected. If i check "Keep me signed in" i get access.

I realise that is is most likely because Adobe Acrobat is using the "Keep me signed in" persistent browser cookie, to authenticate, but i dont want to disable SSO for my users.

Is there a workaround to this?
