Microsoft Update

To Whom It May Concern,

Microsoft prompted an Office 365 Outlook update last week.  After that ran, I receive the following error message when hitting the pdf envelope to try to email a pdf file:  "Server Connection Error.  Please verify that port 993 is available for connection on your machin or contact your administrator."  Before the update I could just hit that button and send a pdf file via my outlook account.  After playing around I hit the share button and I am able to share via the send as attachment option.  So I don't know what happened during the update or if this an Adobe Reader or Microsoft issue, but previously both ways would have allowed me to send an email via outlook.

Do you have any suggestions on how to get the envelope and the share functions to be on the same page?

Thanks, Steve

    Hi Steve,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query. Are you still experiencing the same error or managed to find the solution?

You may check the default email setup under the preferences of Adobe Reader.

What is the email account you have set up under Outlook? Is it Hotmail, Gmail or something else?

Navigate to- Edit>Preferences>Email account and see if there is anything other than your default email client? If yes, then select and delete it.

Or check the latest update of Microsoft  if there's any.

    Please do share your findings.

    Thanks,

    Akanchha
