Mid November Reader DC not opening PDF's

Hi

Around mid-november we started getting reports from multiple clients about Reader DC on Windows 10 Pro not opening documents anymore

Attachments are often opened from Outlook and an instance of AcroRd32.exe is started each time but nothing appears.

To fix the problem you need to taskkill /im acrord32.exe /f all instances

However the offending PDF's that cause this state seem to work perfectly fine in other viewers (chrome, edge, iOS etc) are seem to be being generated by a common PDF engine as many clients are receiving them.

Can the adobe team contact me so I can send an offending PDF to try and get an analysis on why this is happening?

Regards,

Andrew
