Hello @MiriamvW,
I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the delayed response and for the trouble.
Could you please provide more details about the issue? Are you experiencing an error message while using the freeware version of the Acrobat Reader desktop app, or are you using the paid version of Acrobat? We checked your Adobe ID (email) that you used to log in to the community and found that there is no subscription or license associated with that email address.
Please note that if your old laptop has crashed and you can’t sign out of Adobe apps, you can remotely deactivate it from your Adobe account and then activate your new computer. Go to: https://adobe.ly/4d9ckss
After signing in, you’ll see a list of computers currently activated with your Adobe ID.
Find the old device in the list
Select Deactivate under the Action column
Confirm when prompted
Install Acrobat on the new computer, and use the Adobe ID (email) or the serial number to activate the product.
Please check this Adobe article for the supported version of the Acrobat Product: https://adobe.ly/4engT4C
I hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Anand Sri.
