Missing Bookmark Menu

Hi, I don't appear to have a bookmark menu, I've checked under view but it's not there. I'm using the reader, version 10.1.0. I'm not sure if it is something that can be switched off by our network admins or something?

Bookmarks are available when you open a PDF document with bookmarks.
