Missing Comments in downlaoded file for only me

After downloading a file, no comments are showing, but only for me. Others in the company can download the same file, the exact same way and comments are showing. When I pull up another saved pdf previously used, it shows comments so I don't believe it's in my Adobe confiuration.

How did you save the file, exactly?

It was just downlaoded and saved as a pdf. Others download the same document and see the comments. But as you can see, there are no comments in that document. I can send a version with comments if that would explain anything.

The devil is in the details. Was the file emailed to you, or did you download it from a website (like a cloud)? Did you open it in the browser before saving it? How exactly did you save it?
